Ingredients (for 4 People)

Preparation

  • Vanilla raspberry quark: Stir 250 g Exquisa Fitline Protein Vanilla until smooth and stir in about half of the raspberries. Then refrigerate.
  • Waffles: beat eggs, 150 g Exquisa Fitline Protein Vanilla, almond flour, grated coconut except for some for sprinkling, baking powder and milk until smooth. Heat waffle iron until hot and brush with coconut oil. Bake about 8 golden waffles from the batter, one portion at a time.
  • Then arrange waffles on plates and add a blob of vanilla raspberry curd to each. Use raspberries and coconut flakes to decorate. The remaining vanilla-raspberry curd can be served in a small bowl.
