Thereafter, Facebook undertakes to comply with all obligations under the GDPR with regard to the processing of Insights data (including Articles 12 and 13 GDPR, Articles 15 to 22 GDPR and Articles 32 to 34 GDPR). In addition, Facebook will provide you with the essence of the agreement (the Page Insights Supplement).

We have no influence on the scope of the data processed by Facebook, nor does Facebook inform us outside of the ‘Page Insights Data Information’ which specific personal data is processed and how. As a Facebook member, you have consented to the processing of your personal data by Facebook and can, if necessary, influence the scope of the processing through corresponding settings in your user profile on Facebook.

Although Facebook refers to its certification under the US Privacy Shield, you must nevertheless reckon with the fact that various risks arise for you as a user as a result of its use. Facebook provides information about its privacy policy at: www.facebook.com/policy.php.

There you will find the scope of data collection (for example: “device information”) as well as the address and further contact options, for example for requests for information.

Your data, your device (content) and your usage behaviour are analysed in detail by Facebook. Cookies or comparable techniques or the storage of IP addresses are used for this purpose. The data is essentially used for advertising purposes and market research. Thus, based on your user profile, you will receive advertising tailored to you within Facebook or also on other sites that are able to use the techniques used by Facebook.

As a logged-in user of the site, this information is also used independently of the device you are using. Part of the data processing may be justified by a legitimate interest in efficient advertising via a globally used platform (Article 6(1)(f) DS-GVO). We may use the data provided to us as part of the ‘Page Insights’ function, which we cannot evaluate on a personal basis, to optimise our advertising measures on Facebook on the basis of your consent. For further details on this and your user/stakeholder rights with Facebook, please see their privacy policy at: www.facebook.com/policy.php.

Your rights, in particular under Article 15 of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, in connection with the use of our Fanpage.

You can therefore (more quickly) exercise your rights directly against Facebook. You can find more information about this on the Facebook fan page. If you contact us to exercise your rights, we will forward your request to Facebook within seven days. Facebook has undertaken to respond.
