Starter, main course, dessert! Find your unique menu with Exquisa cream cheese!

Ingredients (for 4 People)

  • 400 g Mild skyr
  • 80 g Dark chocolate coating
  • 40 g Nut nougat
  • 1 Ripe mango (approx. 400g)
  • 1 tbsp Cocoa for garnish

Preparation

  • Melt couverture and nut nougat over a warm water bath, stirring constantly. Then cut the mango from the stone, peel the flesh and cut into slices.
  • Stir Exquisa Mild Skyr natural until smooth and fold in the melted chocolate-nut-nougat mixture.  
  • Arrange chocolate cream in bowls and garnish with the mango slices. Finally, dust everything with cocoa.
