Starter, main course, dessert! Find your unique menu with Exquisa fromage frais!

Ingredients (for 4 People)

  • 400 g Exquisa Fitline ZERO Mango
  • 1 piece (approx. 1 cm) ginger
  • 1 piece (approx. 1 cm) curcuma
  • 400 ml buttermilk
  • grated zest and juice of 1 organic lemon
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tbsp almond sticks
  • lemon balm for decoration

Preparation

  • Peel and finely grate the ginger and curcuma. Using a hand blender, finely puree the Exquisa ZERO fromage frais mango with the buttermilk, lemon zest and juice, ginger, curcuma and pepper.
  • Roast the almond sticks in a pan without fat until golden brown. Remove. Divide the shake evenly between 4 glasses (approx. 250 ml each) and decorate with almonds and lemon balm.
