Ingredients (for 4 People)

  • 2 cups Creation Pineapple-Mango
  • 250 ml Orange juice
  • 2 tbsp Cornstarch
  • pulp of 1 vanilla pod
  • 150 g Blueberries
  • 200 g Whipped cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 50 g Oat flakes

Preparation

  • Stir 2 tablespoons orange juice and starch until smooth. Bring the remaining orange juice to the boil, stir in the starch, bring to the boil while stirring and simmer for about 1 minute. Stir in vanilla pulp. Allow orange cream to cool.
  • Sort blueberries. Whip cream until stiff. Beat cream cheese until smooth. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese cream first, then the blueberries, except for a few for decoration. Mix with the orange vanilla cream. Pour cream into dessert glasses and chill for about 1 hour.
  • Caramelize sugar in a pan without fat. Stir in oatmeal. Remove caramel from pan, let cool and crumble. Arrange cream. Decorate with caramel crumbs.
