Ingredients (for 4 People)

  • 2 cups of Fitline 0.8% fat granular cream cheese
  • 1 yellow bell bell pepper
  • 150 g cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g cucumber
  • 200 g lettuce
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 25 g pitted black olives
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch flat-leaf parsley
  • 4 tablespoons light balsamic vinegar
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the mill

Preparation

  • Halve the bell bell pepper and cut into fine strips. Then halve the tomatoes, quarter the cucumber lengthwise and cut into slices. Wash the lettuce, shake dry and pluck a little smaller. Peel the garlic and chop it finely.
  • Drain the olives and cut into thin rings. Cut spring onions into fine rings and finely chop parsley. Mix cream cheese with spring onions, olives and parsley. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Mix garlic, vinegar and sugar. Add oil gradually. Then add tomatoes, peppers and cucumber, mix with vinaigrette. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Fold in lettuce and arrange on plates. Spread olive cream cheese on the salad.
