Ingredients (for 4 People)

Preparation

  • Mix the chia seeds and 3 tbsp water and leave to soak for approx. 15 minutes. Drain the cherries, collecting the juice. Finely chop the dark chocolate.
  • Set aside 50 g sour cherries. Finely puree the rest of the cherries, 3 tbsp cherry juice and the swollen chia seeds with a hand blender. Pour 1 tbsp of the mixture into each bowl. Spread half of a cup of Exquisa ZERO fromage frais cherry on top of each bowl and smooth down. Decorate each bowl with a strip of ¼ of the remaining chia-cherry puree, ¼ of the cherries set aside, ¼ of the oat flakes, ¼ of the cashews and ¼ of the peanut puree and serve.
